The Facilitation® Foundation course is a two-day course that helps participants expand their knowledge of the principles and concepts of effective facilitation. The course fully prepares you for the Facilitation® Foundation exam.

Course description

The Facilitation® Foundation course provides the structure that enables specialists and managers to effectively facilitate groups, meetings and events, increasing productivity and ensuring that these activities deliver the desired results. Based on the publication ‘Facilitation: Develop Your Expertise’, our Facilitation® qualifications equip people with the valuable tools, techniques and skills needed to become a confident facilitator. The ‘Process Iceberg®’ methodology covered in the training was developed in collaboration with experts from the field and follows a pragmatic and practical approach.

• Delivery: Web-based (single browser), no outside assistance, timed
• Access: Candidates have access to the exam within the APMG International account.
• Duration: Once the exam starts, candidates have 40 minutes to complete the exam.
• Number of questions: 50
• Passing score: 25 points required to pass (out of 50 available) - 50%
• Closed/open book: Closed book
