As an official Scrum.org licensed Professional Scrum Trainer and Accredited Kanban Trainer, I am trusted by the creators of Scrum and the Kanban Method to create the best possible foundation on which you can build upon in practice. As a by-product of your learning you will increase the chance of becoming certified. Below you will find an overview of all the certified Scrum & Kanban training courses I provide.
My training courses are characterized by minimizing use of Powerpoint slides, and maximizing iterative and incremental creation of visualisations on flip charts. These visualizations will help you recollect the lessons learned through the exercises we did, the conversations we had, and the reflections throughout the training course.
I believe that the best way to deliver a training course is by applying the values and principles from the Agile Manifesto on the training course itself. I practice what I preach.

"De (virtuele) PSM1 training was enorm waardevol. We waren zeer gefocust bezig, met veel interactie, ruimte voor vragen en oefenen met diverse cases. Het was weliswaar best intensief, maar de stof bleef daardoor goed in je geheugen zitten.
Matthijs is een hele fijne trainer, die goed inspeelt op de groep en geweldige visuals maakt om zijn uitleg te bekrachtigen.
