In this episode I discuss my personal requirements for where I keep all my digital "stuff" dependent on its intended usage, and take a look at some of my favourite apps for managing a potential information overload.
After laying out my rationale, I take a look at Pocket, a great way of capturing webpages, videos and images. Pocket acts as the "pipeline" or intermediary to route my captured information into other apps. I take a look at capturing web pages and videos, links in Tweets and articles from RSS feeds, each one routed to a different app, depending on what I want to do with it.
To convert captured information into actions, I take a look at setting up and using the new OmniFocus Mail Drop service and demonstrate how I use that to keep my captured information organised.
