Learning Outcomes - Supervising Others Training Course
By the end of this course, participants will:
- Learn how to set clear expectations for team members
- Set S.M.A.R.T. goals for team members that motivate & inspire dedication
- Learn effective ways of assigning work that's modified according to each employee & situation
- Master techniques to delegate effectively & confidently
- Develop approaches to conducting formal feedback sessions
- Learn how to provide informal, constructive feedback
- Develop priorities & time management strategies as a team leader
- Establish conflict resolution strategies
Times
Public classes start at 9:00am and finish around 4:30pm.
Class Size
Public classes will be a small relaxed group of between 4 and 12 people.
The small group helps ensure that everyone will get a chance to ask questions and learn at their own pace.
What is provided?
All participants will be provided with morning tea, afternoon tea, printed bound courseware to keep and a Supervising Others Training Course Certificate of Completion.
Certificates of Completion are issued to each participant
