Discover how to transform the way you work and fundamentally redesign business processes with AI. Agentic Redesign is the latest development in the world of AI and is changing the way we build software and AI solutions. In this learning path, you will explore the role of "Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)", learn how AI can help specify and scope AI use-cases and master the methodology to develop your first application (Agentic Redesign and Vibe Coding Solutions).

The learning path combines:

- e-learning for the required knowledge transfer

- a GPT playground for support

- a classroom session in which you learns from a specialist and build an applicaton with an Agentic Sprint.

We work with tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and environments including Azure for multi-agent solutions. To participate in this training, it is best to have your own subscriptions, so you can start working with Agents and vibe coding directly in your own environment. Without your own subscription, you will work in the Axveco environment.

This learning path is designed for professionals from all fields who no longer want to just talk about AI, but want to start building and applying it themselves. Whether you work in marketing, HR, finance, operations, or IT, AI is changing the way your work is done.

This course involves using advanced technologies, and will challenge those with little to no technical experience. It requires some foreknowledge and technical awareness of software solutions, and their deployment.

After completing this learning path, you will be able to:

- Redesign a business activity with (multi) Agent support: Learn how to leverage AI Agents in business redesign.

- Define the right context: You know how to structure information and frameworks so that AI models shape exactly the desired solution.

- Design AI concepts: You translate ideas into effective designs for generative AI applications.

- Set up a development environment: You independently set up the required development and deployment environment for AI-driven projects.

- Direct AI tools effectively: You master the techniques needed to instruct and fine-tune AI tools for maximum results.

- Integrate AI as an assistant: You enable the tool to function as the ideal, seamless assistant within your specific work environment.

1. Preparation: Flexible E-learning (6 to 8 hours)
You start the learning path at your own pace and organise your time in the way that suits you best. In our online learning environment, you lay the foundation for the live session:

- Multimedia microlearnings: Short, powerful modules that quickly bring you up to speed on the essentials of AI and vibe coding.

- AI Playground: You gain direct access to our practice environment to build your first simple models and experiment with advanced prompting techniques.

- AI Learning Buddy: Experience the power of AI first-hand by working with our own AI buddy, which supports you with all your questions about the learning content.

- Practical examples: Gain inspiration from advanced examples, such as our EU AI Act Buddy, and see how professional agents function in practice.

- Knowledge checks: Short quizzes to ensure you are ready for the next step.

2. Live Session: The Agentic Sprint (1 day)
Once you have completed the e-learning, you join other participants for an in-person classroom day in Utrecht. Guided by an experienced English-speaking trainer, you will:

- Explore the methodology behind vibe coding and agentic solutions in greater depth.

- Get hands-on with building and fine-tuning your own application or process.

- Collaborate and exchange ideas with other professionals to translate your ideas directly into practice.
